    they call me to sell me fiber-op, the installer gets here and informs me they haven't run fiber-op in my neighborhood and said there was a fire in their copper box so he couldn't give me that either so he hooked up my house's existing dish. i used the service for 3 days and had a bill for $600 when the sales pitch was fiber-op at half the cost of my rogers service's
